A meeting of the Monetary and Fiscal Policies Coordination Board was held in Islamabad on Thursday with Minister for Finance and Revenue Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh in the chair.
The meeting was informed that the timely actions taken by the Government have mitigated the severe impact of pandemic on economy.
Governor State Bank Reza Baqir briefed that Monetary Policy paved way for economic recovery during first quarter of current fiscal year.
The Deputy Chairman Planning Commission said Large Scale Manufacturing and Housing Sectors have started showing signs of growth and improvement.
