First Al-Noor Modaraba’s board meeting

Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Noor Modaraba Management (Private) Limited Managers of First Al-Noor Modaraba (FANM) will be held on Monday February 20, 2012 at the registered Office of Modaraba at 11:30 a.m. to consider and approve the reviewed accounts for the half year ended December 31, 2011 (financial year ending June 30, 2012).

Please be advised that in terms of corporate Governance and listing Regulation of the Stock Exchange the company has determined the period from February 17, 2012 to February 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) as the closed period.
