First Paramount Modaraba’s board meeting

Karachi, October 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Paramount Investments Limited, Management company of First Paramount Modaraba (FPRM) will be held at 09.30 a.m. on Thursday, 25th October, 2012, at 09.30 a.m. to consider and approve the unaudited financial Statements of First Paramount Modaraba for the 1st Quarter, ended on 30th September 2012.

Further, as required under the Clause-XXVI of the Code of Corporate Governance, the period from 19th October to 24th October, 2012 (both days inclusive) shall be the closed period for trading of First Paramount Modaraba certificates by any Director, Chief Executive Officer or executives of Modaraba.
