First Punjab Modaraba’s Meeting of Board of Directors for Approval of Half Yearly Accounts of First Punjab Modaraba for Half Year Ended December 31, 2011

Karachi: Please note that meeting of the Board of’ Directors scheduled for Monday, April 09, 2012 has been deferred for two days for want of quorum. the same shall now he held on April 11, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required by Clause 26 of the Code of Corporate Governance and listing regulations el’ exchanges will accordingly extend till 11-04-2012.
