Karachi, May 07, 2013 (PPI-OT): In pursuance of section 218 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, this is to advise you that Mr. Muhammad Sohail Tabba has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive of the Company for a term of three years with effect from March 29, 2013 without remuneration, through Resolution by Circulation dated March 21, 2013.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company, through a Circular Resolution passed on April 02, 2013, granted approval for the payment of remuneration to Mrs. Marium Tebba Khan, a Director of the Company, an amount not exceeding Rs. 200,000/- per month with effect from March 21, 2013.
The above resolutions have been ratified by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on April 27, 2013.
