Gadoon Textile Mills Limited’s dispatch of dividend warrants for the year ended June 30, 2012

Karachi, November 29, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform that the Dividend Warrants in respect of 75% final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2012 declared by the Company in its Annual General Meeting held on October 31, 2012, have been dispatched to the respective shareholders by Registered Post on November 28, 2012, who submitted their CNIC copy as per SECP notification SRO 83 (1)/2012 dated July 05, 2012.

Shareholders, who have not yet submitted copy of their CNIC despite repeated requests, may please contact Company alongwith copy of their CNIC and collect their dividend warrants.

Kindly inform onward to all the concerned/ members that in case these Dividend Warrants are not received by them within 10 days hereof, they may contact our Share Registrar at the following address:
