Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Gatron (Industries) Limited (GATI) will be held on Saturday, November 05, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at the liaison office of the Company, at 7th Floor, Textile Plaza, M.A. Jinnah/ Dunolly Road, Karachi, to appoint the Chief Executive of the Company and fix the remuneration of the Chief Executive and full time working directors.
In compliance with the Listing Regulation No. 35 (xxvi) of the Exchange, the Company has determined a closed period from October 29, 2011 to November 05, 2011 (both days inclusive), during which no Directors, Chief Executive, or Executives of the Company shall deal in the shares of the Company in any manner directly or indirectly.
