Chairman NAB sought progress report on ongoing inquiry against 435 offshore comp

Islamabad, April 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): Chairman NAB Honourable Justice Mr. Javed Iqbal has sought progress report on the ongoing inquiry in NAB against *435* Pakistani people who had offshore companies established in PANAMA and British Virgin Islands. The Chairman NAB has earlier directed that no pressure/influence whatsoever concerned to PANAMA inquiry would be taken into consideration at all and inquiry would be conducted transparently and pure on merit having complete and solid evidence.

The Chairman NAB has also sought report about coordination and cooperation of all stakeholders who earlier gathered information from those key institutions including FBR, State Bank of Pakistan and SECP besides some material already available and conduct inquiry of 435 Pakistanis who had established offshore companies in PANAMA and British Virgin Islands.
