Ghani Gases Limited’s Holding of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting

Karachi: In compliance with the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore order passed in Civil Original No 9/2012, it is to inform you that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the shareholders at Ghani Gases Limited (GGL) will be held and conducted under the Court appointed Chairmen on Thursday May 03, 2012 at 03:30 pm at Hotel Sunfort, Liberty Market, Gulberg-III, Lahore to consider and approve the Scheme of Arrangement for merger/ amalgamation of Ghani Southern Gases (Private) Limited with and into Ghani Gases Limited.

Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from April 26, 2012 to May 03, 2012 (both days inclusive).

We will be sending 300 printed copies of the notice of EOGM along with statement of information and scheme of arrangement for distribution amongst your members in due course of time.

You are requested to inform the members accordingly.

2. In pursuance to listing-regulation # 28-(1) of the exchange. you are requested to grant us approval for date and time of the EOGM.
