Srinagar, September 14, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, Syed Ali Gilani and General Secretary, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai have paid glowing tributes to Mudassir Bashir Kachro, of Sopore, on his third martyrdom anniversary.
The Tehreek-e-Hurriyet spokesman, Ghulam Muhammad Ganai in a statement in Srinagar said that the personnel of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on September 15, 2010 had killed Mudassir when he was coming out a mosque after offering his Asr prayers at Batapura in Sopore.
He said that the deceased was a software engineer and footballer and was the only breadwinner of his family. He said that an FIR had also been lodged in the Sopore police station but so far no action had been taken against the involved troops. The spokesman demanded immediate arrest of the killers.
