Islamabad, March 04, 2023 (PPI-OT): Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection and Chairman Benazir Income Support Programme, Shazia Marri says the government has earmarked over 78 billion rupees for the next instalment of Benazir Kafalat program whereas the annual budget for the programme is 252 billion rupees.
Talking to media after inaugurating Benazir Dynamic Registry Center in Khangarh today, she said six dynamic Registry Centers have been set up in Muzaffargarh district under Benazir Income Support Programme. She said currently, more than three hundred twenty-one thousand families of Muzaffargarh district are being given scholarships under Benazir Income Support Program.
