High Commissioner felicitates Zameer Choudrey, Bestway Group Chief Executive on award of Commander of the Order of the British Empire

Islamabad, January 02, 2016 (PPI-OT): H.E. Syed Ibne Abbas, Pakistan High Commissioner to the UK, has felicitated Zameer Choudrey, Bestway Group Chief Executive on award of Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) by Her Majesty the Queen, says a press release received here today from London.

In his message, the High Commissioner, appreciating the significance of this honour, termed Mr Choudrey as a business leader and role model for the British Pakistani business community, who made his mark by virtue of hard work and professional integrity. The High Commissioner said Mr Choudrey did all British Pakistanis proud and set a great personal example to follow.

Mr Choudrey received the CBE as part of the Queen’s New Year 2016 Honours List in recognition of his contributions and services to the UK business and the wide array of philanthropic work both in the UK and abroad.
