Karachi, July 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that the dividend warrants in respect of final dividend at Rs. 1.638 per ordinary share, i.e. 16.38% for the year ended March 31, 2013 as approved in the 28th Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2013 have been dispatched to the shareholders on July 23, 2013.
Further, also find enclosed the advertisement to be published in newspaper on July 24, 2013.
Dispatch of Dividend Warrants
The Shareholders of the Company are hereby informed that the Dividend Warrants in respect of final cash dividend @ 16.38% (Rs. 1.638 per ordinary share) declared at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 24, 2013 have been duly dispatched by registered mail to all those entitled shareholders at their latest addresses registered with the Company who have submitted photocopy of their valid Computerized National identity Cards (CNICs) with the Company.
As under the provisions of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan SRO No 831(1) 2012 dated July 5, 2012, Dividend Warrants cannot be issued without insertion of CNIC Numbers, therefore, accordingly all the shareholders were requested for copies of their valid CNICs vide out letters dated June 05, 2012 and July 01, 2013 and also through advertisement in newspaper.
Dividends warrants pertaining to all those shareholders who have not submitted their valid CNICs are once again requested to send a photocopy of their valid CNIC/ National Tax Number along with folio number to the Company’s Share Registrar at the following address at the earliest so that the Dividend warrants may be dispatched to them after insertion of valid CNIC number.
