Hub Power Company Limited’s appointment of chief executive and company secretary

Karachi: This is to inform you that Mr. Vince R. Harris, Chief Executive of the Company has resigned and Mr. Zafar Iqbal Sobani has been appointed as a Chief Executive w,e.f July 1, 2011 (as already informed vide our letter No. SH-4947 dated April 22, 2011).

Further we would like to inform you that Mr. Arshad A. Hashmi, Company Secretary of the Company has retired from the service and Mr. Shamsul Islam has been appointed as a Company Secretary w.e.f. July 1, 2011.
