Srinagar, March 15, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders have strongly condemned the terror attack on the twin mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, wherein over 40 people were killed, today. The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani in a statement in Srinagar termed it a heinous and brutal act not only against the Muslims but also the humanity. He said that anybody with a human heart will find his words insufficient in condemning this brutal act.
The Chairman of Hurriyat forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in a tweet in Srinagar expressed deep shock over the attack at the mosques in Christchurch. “Shocked and deeply grieved by the barbaric attack at twin mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. Multiple fatalities feared. Once again humanity becomes a casualty. Condemnation beyond words. Prayers for the victims,” the Mirwaiz tweeted. Senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement issued in Srinagar also denounced the attack.
