Karachi, October 9, 2012 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of ICC Textiles Limited (ICCT) in their meeting held on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. has not concluded the matter relating to approval of the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012 and decided to adjourn the meeting till October 9, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
