Karachi, June 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): As already informed that Mr. Usman Haq and Mr. Ahsan Suhail Mannan had resigned from the directorship of the company effective 22nd May 2013. Now Mr. Salman Javaid Siddiqi and Mr. Asim Pervaiz Siddiqi have been appointed in their place as directors of the company w.e.f. 26.06.2013, by filling the casual vacancies caused due to the resignations.
