IHK HC quashes detention of Mushtaq-ul-Islam under PSA

Srinagar, June 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): The High Court of occupied Kashmir has quashed the illegal detention of senior liberation leader, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, under the black law, Public Safety Act (PSA) and ordered his immediate release.

Mushtaq-ul-Islam is presently lodged at Udhampur jail in Jammu. The court had also issued the order for shifting the liberation leader from Udhampur jail to Srinagar central jail but the authorities have not obeyed the order so far.
