Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited’s board meeting for approval half yearly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2011 and closed period

Karachi: We refer to the above subject and we would like to inform you that the company interests to hold its Board meeting at 03:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at its registered office, situated at Office # 508 Beaumont Plaza, Beaumont Road, Civil Lines Quarters, Karachi to consider the half yearly reviewed account for the period ended December 31, 2011.

The closed period as per the requirement of the Regulation No 37 (XXX) of the Code of Corporate Governance have been intimated to all directors, chief Executive and other executive restricted them from dealing in the shares of the company directly or indirectly during the closed period. The closed period for the Board meeting schedule on February 28, 2012 start from February 21, till February 28, 2012.
