Responding to a question, the Prime Minister said China has not shown any signs of expansionism rather it believes in peaceful means. He said Chinese President Xi Jinping's philosophy is about globalization, interaction, prosperity and progress. He said those who believe in containing China are sadly mistaken as they will never be able to contain the country. He said the world cannot operate without China.
