Johnson and Phillips Pakistan Limited’s intimation for holding board meeting

Karachi: We would like to intimate that Board of Directors Meeting of Johnson and Phillips (Pakistan) Limited (JOPP) will be held on Thursday 29th of September, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. for the approval of Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 30th June 2011, at its Registered Office C-10 South Avenue, SITE, Karachi.

Also note that from 21-09-2011 to 29-09-2011 has been determined the close period during which no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive of the Company shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company.

Closed Period

We enclose herewith a copy of circulation of closed period to all the Directors and Chief Executive Officer pertaining to BOD Meeting dated September 29, 2011 for the approval of Audited Accounts for the financial year ended June 30, 2011.

Close Period for BOD Meeting Dated: September 29, 2011 for the Approval of Annual Audited Accounts for the Year Ended June 30, 2011

As per the requirement of Regulation No. 37 (XXVI) of the Code of Corporate Governance of Stock Exchange, following is the close period for BOD Meeting for approval of Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2011.

From September 21, 2011 to September 29, 2011 (Both days inclusive)

It is further certify that during this close period no Director or CEO shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Johnson and Phillips (Pakistan) Limited in order to comply with the requirement of Regulation 37 of Code of Corporate Governance.
