Karachi, August 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10:00 Hours on Tuesday 20 August, 2013 at Head Office, JLI Bldg, 74/1-A, Lalazar, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, to approve the Condensed Interim Financial Information with limited review for the period ended June 30, 2013.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 13 August to 20 August, 2013 (bath days inclusive), as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
