Killings cannot stop till Indian troops are present in IOK

Srinagar, September 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), has said that the incidents of killing of innocent Kashmiris will continue to occur till Indian troops are present in the territory.

The JKPFL Chief Organiser, Altaf Ahmed Khan, in a statement in Srinagar said that presence of lacs of Indian troops in the territory was the proof of New Delhi’s aggressive policies towards Kashmir. He strongly denounced the imposition of restrictions and arrest of youth in Shopian after the recent killing of five innocent civilians by Indian troops.

Altaf Ahmed Khan paid glowing tributes to the two youth of Pattan who were killed in a fake encounter by the troops and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. He appealed to the world human rights organizations to take cognizance of the matter and play their role to bring the killer troops to justice.
