Karachi, April 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Energy Limited (KOHE) in their Meeting held at 11:30 A.M. on April 24, 2013 (Wednesday) at Plant Site Near Tablighi Ijtima, Raiwind Bypass, Lahore, has approved the following interim financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter (January-March 2013) ended March 31, 2013:-
Cash Dividend
An Interim cash dividend for the financial year 2012-1013 at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per share i.e. @25%.
