Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited’s board meeting/ closed period

Karachi, August 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited (LOTCHEM) (formerly Lotte Pakistan PTA Limited) will be held on Tuesday, 27 August 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Karachi to consider the un-audited financial statements of the Company for the second quarter ended 30 June 2013. The result will be communicated to you through our official fax numbers as registered with you and Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System.

The Company has declared a “Closed Period” from 12 August 2013 to 27 August 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the company shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited (formerly Lotte Pakistan PTA Limited) shares in any manner during the Closed Period.
