Karachi, October 5, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their Meeting held on Friday, 05th October, 2012 at 11:00 A.M., has recommended the following.
Cash Dividend
Final Cash Dividend of 100% i.e. Rs.10/- Per Ordinary Share for year ended 30th June, 2012.
The Annual General Meeting o f the Company will be held on Wednesday, 31st October, 2012 at 11:00 A.M at its Registered Office, Mehr Manzil, Lohari Gate, Multan.
The Final Dividend if approved by the Shareholders will be paid to the Shareholders/Members, whose names appear in the Register of the Members as on 20-10-2012.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 20-10-2012 to 31-10-2012 (both days inclusive). The transfer received at the Registered Office, Mehr Manzil, Lohari Gate, Multan, at the close of business on 20-10-2011 will be treated in time for the purpose of or the payment of Dividend to the transferees.
