A.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, at Islamabad for the approval of Company’s budget for the year 2013-14 and consideration of proposal for the declaration of any entitlement.
Pursuant to the provisions of clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchanges, a closed period relevant to this Board Meeting has been determined from May 27, 2013 to June 5, 2013 (both days inclusive) Accordingly, the Directors, CEO and Executives of the Company and their spouses shall not buy or sell the shares of the Company directly or indirectly and in any manner during the closed period.
All concerned have been informed separately to make compliance under the Code of Corporate Governance and the Listing Regulations of Stock Exchanges.
