Masood Textile Mills Limited’s notice of directors’ meeting

Karachi, October 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): We have the honour to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, 30th October, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. for consideration of un-audited accounts of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th September, 2012.

In compliance to clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance, the Company has determined a closed period from 23rd October to 30th October, 2012 (both days inclusive), during which period the Directors and Executives are restricted from dealings in the shares of the Company, whether directly or indirectly.
