Meeting Board of Directors

Karachi: This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday May 26, 2011 at 11.00 am to consider the Financial Statements for the half year ended March 31, 2011 at the registered office of the Company.

As required by the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchange, the period from May 20, 2011 to May 26, 2011 has been considered as closed period by the Company during which Directors, Chief Executive or Executives of the Company shall not acquire or deal in the shares of the Company in any manner.
