Islamabad, April 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): The meeting of the Special Committee of the National Assembly for Affected Employees was held at the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services Hall under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Qadir Khan Mandukhel.

The committee issued a show cause notice to the Secretary and Director HR and summoned them with the implementation report at eleven o’clock yesterday.
Cabinet Division
Pakistan Tour Development Corporation officials told the committee that the case of the employees has been sent to the Prime Minister’s Office, on which a committee has also been formed. The committee issued a show cause notice to the officers for non-implementation and misguidance and ordered to file an FIR against the MD and called for the report of the four employees who were recruited despite the ban on the property given to the provinces.

Three years’ salary has been stopped, the chairman committee called for a detailed report within three days and prevented any kind of revenge action. The report of 2 employees Muhammad Asrar and Tariq Nawaz was called for, a report was also called for on the request of Dr. Hazrat Hussain. .
Ministry of Industry and Production
An implementation report was sought from the officers of the Utility Store Corporation, on which there was no satisfactory response, Syed Arif Ali Shah, on behalf of the employees, told the committee that the contract and daily wages of the employees of our organization have not been made permanent yet. The Chairman Committee ordered the Secretary Industries and Production for not responding to the show cause notice to the in-charge admin Riaz Mangi to immediately dismiss the in-charge admin Riaz Mangi and DGFI and Director Sindh to confiscate Riaz Mangi’s assets and taxes. Order to submit detailed report of returns, foreign tours and accounts within one week.
National Fertilizer Marketing Limited (NFML) officials reported that we have 72 contract employees who are third party and recruited in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The committee ordered that 72 third party employees be given full benefits.
92 employees should be reinstated with full privileges and 307 contract employees should be regularized in the light of the orders of the December 21 meeting.
