Misbehaviour of police officer with journalists in IHK flayed

Srinagar, June 08, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Shopian-Pulwama Journalist Guild has condemned the misbehaviour of Station House Officer Pulwama with some journalists. The guild in a statement said that during demonstrations in Pulwama on Thursday, some reporters were recording the event, when SHO stopped them from performing their professional duties. He also used rude language for the reporters, it said.

“The reporters said that they were covering the scene when a mobile bunker of police turned turtle in the main Chowk of Pulwama and in the mean time the SHO present there stopped them from their job. They also said that he used rude language with them,” the statement added.
