Karachi, October 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): As required under listing regulations, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held Insha Allah on Wednesday the 31st October, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at its registered office (Karachi), to consider interim financial information (un-audited) for the first quarter ended September 30, 2012.

Please be informed that the closed period shall be observed from October 23, 2012 to October 31, 2012 (both days inclusive).
