Karachi, April 03, 2020 (PPI-OT): Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister for Universities and Boards, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, has demanded of higher judiciary to declare hanging of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto as judicial murder to keep the history straight. In a press statement issued Friday by his media coordinator on the eve of 41 death anniversary of PPP founder and former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto to pay him homage, PPP Sindh Chief Khuhro said that we are still waiting for justice over killing of Shaheed Bhutto despite passage of 41 years. He said apology is made over giving protection to martial laws then peoples leader Shaheed Bhutto’s killing be also declared judicial murder after tendering apology.
He said Justice Nasim Hassan Shah who was included in the bench at that time had admitted that Shaheed Bhutto’s murder was a judicial murder. He said hearing is also not being held on the reference sent by former president Asif Ali Zardari which should now be taken up on immediate basis.
He paid rich tributes to Shaheed Bhutto and said he gave the country unanimous constitution and added 18th amendment was given by Asif Zardari. Khuhro said Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is following the vision of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and soon he will bring rule of peoples government.
