NKATI expresses satisfaction over timely cooperation of District Administration, Deputy Commissioner, Police Department and Sindh Rangers after boiler explosion at Crystal Ice Factory

Karachi, December 24, 2020 (PPI-OT): North Karachi Association of Trade and Industry (NKATI) has expressed satisfaction over the timely cooperation of the district administration, Deputy Commissioner, police department and Sindh Rangers after the boiler explosion at the Crystal Ice Factory in the North Karachi industrial area.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, NKATI said that precious human lives were saved by evacuating people from the debris due to the providing of machinery on time by the district administration. “All institutions provided all possible assistance including timely ambulance delivery, evacuation of affected people to hospitals and security. The incident caused heavy loss of life and property.”

NKATI is grateful to all those who provided humanitarian assistance in this difficult and painful hour and cooperated in every possible way to hand over the bodies of those who were martyred in the incident to their families. In this regard, Sadiq Mohammad, Chairman United Founders Group (UFG), Faisal Moiz Khan, president NKATI, executive committee members and the UFG team are also very grateful, who were supervised the relief work. NKATI also thanked all those who sent condolences after the incident.
