Sindh Government following friendly policy with all stakeholders to promote business and investment in each sector: Chief Minister Sindh
Karachi, March 28, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah while talking with the delegation of Marriage Hall Association (MHA) Karachi, has assured them that realistic approach would be applied for recovering services taxes from their business units.
He said that the proposal which they have placed today would be got examined from the concerned authorities. He said that Sindh Govt was already following the friendly policy with its all stakeholders to promote business and investment in each sector.
Mr. Asmattullah Khan Chairman Marriage Hall Association Karachi Syed Annis-ur-Rehman President, Khuwaja Tariq General Secretary Syed Imtiaz Shah and other members were included in the delegation. Talking on the occasion the Chairman MHA Karachi, Asmatullah Khan said that they feel this tariff of tax on their business units as extra ordinary burdens over people.
They suggested that govt may impose tax on the marriage halls according to their category instead of imposing on parties. They were of the view that this mechanism would be beneficial for all and to prevent all leakages in the recovery.
