In terms of the Code of Corporate Governance, we have to advise you that the closed period prior to the announcement of the half yearly results of the Company has been determined from 19 August 2013 to 26 August 2013. Accordingly, no director, CEO or executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
