Pakistan favours negotiated approach for peaceful settlement of claims in South China Sea: Foreign ministry spokesman

Islamabad, April 29, 2014 (PPI-OT): In response to a question about the dispute between China and the Philippines in South China Sea, the Spokesperson said that Pakistan is aware of the recent developments in South China Sea. In this regard, Pakistan favours a negotiated approach for a peaceful settlement of the claims in South China Sea as laid down in the framework of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties (DOC).
