People of Pakistan stand by Chinese brethren on massive causalities occurred due to recent earth quake in Yunnan Province: Shah Faisal Afridi

Lahore, August 11, 2014 (PPI-OT): President Pak-China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) Shah Faisal Afridi has exchanged deep sorrow and grief with Ambassador of China H.E. Mr. Sun Weidong on massive causalities occurred due to a recent earth quack struck in Yunnan Province of China. Shah Faisal Afridi, in a message sent to Chinese Ambassador, said that people of Pakistan were standing by Chinese brethren on this critical situation.

Faisal Afridi also extended a token of love and sympathy to the Chinese ambassador in shape of financial assistance.

He said that all members of the PCJCCI join me in conveying deepest condolences and sympathies to members of the bereaved families and all those whose lives have been affected by this devastating natural disaster. The thoughts and prayers of the people of Pakistan are with the people of China particularly those who have been injured, during this difficult time, he said and assured to extend all possible assistance to recover this crisis.

President PCJCCI in his message also expressed the confidence that Chinese people would be able to overcome the challenges, with their innate fortitude and courage.
