Karachi, December 12, 2012 (PPI-OT): We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of PICIC Insurance Limited (PIL) in their meeting held on 11 December 2012 at 4 pm has not concluded the matter relating to issuance of right shares and decided to adjourn the meeting till Wednesday, 12 December 2012 at 4 pm. The meeting will be reconvened on 12 December 2012 at 4 pm. We will inform you accordingly as the meeting concluded.
