Primus Investment Management Limited’s notice of book closure for interim distribution

Karachi, October 5, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to hereby inform the Karachi Stock Exchange and the Unit holders of Primus Cash Fund managed by Primus Investment Management Limited (PIML) that the Register of Unit Holders for the Primus Cash Fund will remain closed from October 23, 2012 to October 24, 2012 (both days inclusive), for determining the entitlement of interim distribution. if any, as approved by the CEO of Primus Investment Management Limited, Unit Holders whose name appear in the Register of the Fund as at the close of business on October 22, 2012 will be entitled to distribution, if any, as approved by the CEO.
