Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says the government will not tolerate incitement against state institutions.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Wednesday, she said PTI ran an organized malicious campaign against martyrs of the Pakistan Army.
She said people involved in trolling accepted that the campaign was run on the direct instructions from Imran Khan. She said PTI’s trolling hurt the families of martyrs.
The Minister said trolling against martyrs was used to divert attention from foreign funding case of PTI.
She said PTI is trying to create chaos in the country. She added that former Prime Minister Imran Khan was ousted according to the constitution.
