Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Laghari calls on Prime Minister

Islamabad, June 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Laghari, MNA called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at Prime Minister’s Office this morning.

While talking to Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Laghari, the Prime Minister reiterated his government’s firm commitment to initiate measures for taking the country out of the prevailing challenges. The Prime Minister said that progress and prosperity were not possible without addressing the energy crisis and pursuing an aggressive economic policy.

Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Laghari apprised the Prime Minister on issues and problems of his constituency and southern Punjab.

The Prime Minister assured Mr Laghari that the problems of his constituency and other less developed areas of the country would be resolved and steps would be taken to ensure equal distribution of resources. He further said that he is well aware of the problems faced by the people of southern Punjab who have showed their confidence in his party for addressing their grievances.
