Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, June 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 11:00 hours at Saudi Pak Tower 61-A, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad to consider the operating performance of the Company, for the year ending on June 30, 2013 along with other operational matters.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from June 13, 2013 to June 20, 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
