Senior Civil Judge penalised

Karachi, January 06, 2017 (PPI-OT): The Chief Justice / Authority after considering the facts of the matter and providing an opportunity of personal hearing to Mr. Saleem Qambrani, Senior Civil Judge in respect of Final Show Cause Notice dated 31.10.2016, has imposed the penalty of ‘compulsory retirement’ under Rule 4 (1) (b) (ii) upon Mr. Saleem Qambrani, Senior Civil Judge, with immediate effect.
