Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 21st February, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., at Servis House, 2-Main Gulberg, Lahore to consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31/12/2011.
The “closed period” in term of clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be from 14/02/2012 to 21/02/2012 (both days inclusive).
