Shakarganj Mills Limited’s change in date of board meeting

Karachi, December 31, 2012 (PPI-OT): Further to our letter dated 19 December 2012. We wish to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board of Directors Meeting will now be held on 07 January 2013 at 11.45 am instead 03 January 2013, venue of the meeting will remain same i.e. Mills Premises of The Crescent Textile Mills Limited, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad.

Further, we wish to inform that revised closed period as defined in clause xxvi of The Karachi Stock Exchange’s Listing Regulations No. 35 (Code of Corporate Governance) will end on 07 January 2013 instead of 03 January 2013.
