Shams Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, October 2, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, October 08, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at 7-B-III, Marina Homes, Aziz Avenue, Gulberg-V, Lahore to consider the annual audited accounts of the Company for the period 2012.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from October 02, 2012 to October 08, 2012 as required under Clause (xxiii) of the code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
