Karachi, August 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that Mr. Ali Hamdani has tendered his resignation as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Company as well as Director of the Board of Siemens Pakistan with effective from August 30, 2012.

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Bernhard Niessing as the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer in place of Mr. Ali Hamdani with effect from August 31, 2012.
