Sitara Energy Limited’s board of directors meeting

Karachi, October 22, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Sitara Tower, New Civil Lines, Dual Chowk, Faisalabad to consider arid approve the First Quarter Un-Audited Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2012.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from October 22, 2012 to October 30, 2012, as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly deal in shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
