Islamabad, March 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has directed to fix the case SMC No.04/2018 on 17-03-2018 (tomorrow) at Supreme Court Branch Registry, Karachi, regarding advertisements, if any, given with Pictures of Political Party Leaders for their projection by the Government of Sindh in the print and electronic media.
Notices have been issued to Advocate General Sindh and Secretary Information Department, Government of Sindh, to apprise the Court about all the expenses incurred on such advertisements during last three months. The case with regard to such advertisement by Federal and all the Provincial Government was lastly fixed three days back (on 13-03-2018) at Principal Seat at Islamabad.
